Because right to work legislation does help create jobs. McDonald's jobs with no benefits.

3. The problem is that most Americans don't understand "right to work" laws. The Repukes

have done such a great job with messages. When a lot of them see the term "right to work," they mistakingly think that it is actually pro-union.

A more appropriate name would be "denying workers freedom of contract" laws. A bit cumbersome, though.
