I rarely go to chain restaurants because the food is so processed but this list doesn’t surprise me.

I think it's old (note the presence of the defunct Circuit City).

Here's what Open Secrets has to date for the Target PAC:

2020 PAC Summary Data
Select a Cycle:
Total Receipts $546,099
Total Spent $546,600
Begin Cash on Hand $113,297
End Cash on Hand $112,796
Debts $0
Date of last report July 31, 2020
2020 PAC Contribution Data
Contributions from this PAC to federal candidates (list recipients)
(47% to Democrats, 53% to Republicans) $331,600
Contributions to this PAC from individual donors of $200 or more ( list donors)

https://www.opensecrets.org/pacs/lookup2.php?cycle=2020&strID=C00098061

Remember, these corporate PACs are contributions from across the company's employees. If you've got a lot of red state employees across the nation, it's going to be reflected (and vice versa).

Circuit City went out of business in 2008, yet it is listed.
This list has to be at least 12 years old.

because while some of them may be extinct in Texas, it doesn't mean they aren't in other parts of the country such as K-Mart, they are still around but not in Texas.

They were liquidated . They haven’t existed in over a decade so this list is inaccurate.

4. Corporations cannot donate to a political campaign
Mon Sep 7, 2020, 05:03 PM
Sep 2020

It is the employees of that corporation whose donations are added and are attached to the name of the corporation.

Hillary Clinton was wrongly crucified for getting donations from "wall street banks" when she received 0 dollars from the banks themselves. Being a former NY senator, the employees of the banks obviously donated to her campaign because she was well-liked but some groups (even here on DU) made it look like she was getting money from the banks and not individual employees like tellers and security guards.
