So, MittTwit, this is what happens when you use the ER in the manner you suggest.
Some years ago, my daughter (who has no health insurance - it was before the ACA) was walking her boyfriend's dogs - they tripped her and she ended up meeting the concrete with her face. We were visiting her that day - we brought her to the walk in clinic, and they thought she should have an MRI to see if there was damage to the eye and elsewhere. So we went to the ER, waited the requisite 3 hours while others who likely had no insurance and were using the ER as a general practitioner took their turns. Once we left, and the bills started coming in, our daughter of course couldn't pay - and all sorts of separate bills came in - ER, a few pills she was given, the MRI itself, radiologist to read the films - all added up to nearly 10,000.00. I was recently laid off and therefore we were in no good condition to foot the bill. So our daughter called each medical provider, and worked out a minimum payment plan - we are talking 10.00 per month or so. They actually agreed - seems so many people just walk and wait for the bill collectors to call - but she will be paying that 10.00 to each for a long time, and I am sure her credit rating is pretty well ruined.
Multiply that toward the millions that would be doing the same if you had your way, Mr. Rolldownthewindowsintheplane - and do you know how those millions of uncollected, and noncollectable dollars, get settled? On the backs of everyone - in increased health costs.
Mitt, you are worse than a complete idiot - in fact, I can't find the words to state my utter disgust for you.
