Political Warfare:is it wrong to go to Romney website and donate 1 cent?(he pays a bigger visa fee)

I'm thinking back to the 1980's when the religious right was really going after gay people. We started spreading the word to call the 700 Club's 1-800 donation number and to have long talks on their dime about the organization. I myself called and said, "Oh, hold on a minute, I have to get my wallet," and I just left the phone sitting for five minutes, picked it back up and said, "It's in the car, be right back" and let it sit until they hung up (at least ten minutes later). We then got a stack of their prepaid envelopes (they guaranteed to pay the postage when delivered) somewhere and mailed them all sorts of heavy things in the mail. I wrote "You are mean" on a brick with a marker, put it in the envelope and they had to pay when it was delivered.

I wonder if romney's (or any tea party troll) websites have minimum amounts on how much you can donate? If it is less than the visa fee it could be an evil little piece of information to know.
