How long, realistically, will the ACA be dropped completely

after the court kills it in Nov? Will the health insur companies wait until Jan1, 2020 or will it take place immediately after their ruling?

Dan Pfeiffer (@danpfeiffer) Tweeted:
Every Republican Senator that votes to fill Ginsburg's seat is voting to kick millions of Americans off their health care in the middle of a pandemic.

2. They are arguing that since they effectively took out the individual mandate zeroing out a tax penal

they claim the coverage requirement is unconstitutional, making the rest of the ACA also unlawful

The argument ignores that Congress' choice to leave the ACA intact when it zeroed out the tax penalty.

I would like to think they don't have a very strong case, but who knows anymore

First, a tie does let the lower court ruling stand but it only stands for the circuit it is in (which ever one Texas is in). Second, the case, while it will be argued in Nov, will likely not be decided until June. It also could well be reargued for the new justice especially if the 8 are tied.

Gorsuch seems to have a bit of integrity. He seems like a serious person with a a streak of independence. Besides Roberts, I think Gorsuch is our best hope to rule to uphold the ACA.

Other than Medicare (They will take that later) this applies period...

To date I dont think a lot of folks understand that ALL improvements under ACA apply to ALL Americans.

anymore.

Caps were removed so you couldnt go broke, now you can and will.

I think they will consider covid a preexisting condition and NOBODY might have coverage for it...anything is possible with traitors who are actually, for real, trying to kill you.

9. Have they plans to replace the ACA, or just let it run out like Social Security/Medicare?

In that case there will be zero funds to implement any health plan except for the Trump Healthcare Plan which so far is just a big fat F. YOU.

They were all complicit in fking this country forever, & laughed all the way to the bank. Yes they did. 🤬
