9. the funny thing is.......

i got a pretty rosy picture of history when i went to school. we talked about slavery but didn't really touch on the horrors of it, what life was like. it is one thing to say someone had to work and live on a plantation but that doesn't really tell you how horrific that life was.

i never knew the founding fathers had slaves until i grew up, let alone that jefferson raped and impregnated a slave.

i grew up believing we were the greatest country in the world and everyone was equal and free and no man was above the law............................... LOL how naive.

so being as THAT was the history i learned... what true history does drumpf want us to learn? i assume it isn't the ACTUAL history i just described above........
