Do I believe the GOP plan to steal the election? Yes, frankly I do.
Do I believe trump will refuse to accept the results? Yes.
Do I believe he will try to remain in power after losing? Yes.

Do I believe the GOP will steal the election. They are doing their best, so preventing that from happening is up to us. Do everything in you power to make sure your vote is counted.

Do I believe the rest of the Government will accept the results? Not entirely, some elements won’t, but I think the majority will welcome a return of decency.

It is no longer that we need to win. We have to win convincingly, or in an unquestionable fashion, or to a degree it cannot be tested. All this does is normalize the cheating. All that really needs to happen is win by one more vote to gather the needed electoral votes. We don’t need to set the bar higher than it has to be. We do theor work for them when we allow this to happen.

No one here believes him on his promise of a CoviD-19 vaccine. Promises of benefits to the people he finds disgusting will never be kept.

But his remarks about his election intentions fall under the category of "Believe the autocrat when he tells you who he is." (Masha Gessen - and she has reason to know.)

He may not actually follow through, no. But if not, it won't be because he is lying about who he is. It will be because he will have been prevented.
