It's Likely Over....

As in Trump. The Tax Dodging story is the one to do it. The point is this: Donald Trump FAILED to PAY SOCIAL SECURITY TAXES on his BUSINESS TAXES by paying NO INCOME TAX for 10+ Years. He ROBBED the Social Security Insurance Fund for You, Your Children, Your Great-Grandchildren and Your Great-Great-Grandchildren.

That is the STORY. Period.

He did not pay Social Security Taxes on HIS BUSINESS (which hits most Working Folks), he did not Pay for ANYTHING (That hits everyone else) and most folks don't like Tax Cheats (a MAJORITY of the Nation).

He's LIKELY O.V.E.R. --unless you support this Tax Cheat?

P.S. -- We are talking about his BUSINESS INCOME that is excess of his PERSONAL INCOME for the Social Security Insurance Fund. FYI.

Questioning if right thinking Americans would dismiss this Tax Cheat, CHEATING on his taxes while they PAID theirs. You ask a question and we asked one back.

The only ones that would dismiss this are those who support the Tax Cheat and his Cult.

Listen, the only point I was making is that THIS is not the thing that his base will be upset over—his “robbing” the SS fund. They could not care less that he has spoken about eliminating the payroll tax, which would defund SS and Medicare completely.

Sleep tight.

It's about the Independents and soft Trump voters. The women in the suburbs who like some of his policies but can't stand him, the voters he's desperate to lure back. Even for soft Biden voters, this could be one more straw added to the camel's back, though I think their last straw was SCOTUS.

His supporters aren’t the only people voting in this election. It really doesn’t matter much what they think about it, and it’s a mistake to frame everything around their reaction when these issues pop up.

It hardens the resolve of every thinking American to vote, and maybe gets a few to vote that might not have.

It weakens the rest of his ilk, vanka is looking to be in trouble. Brad Parscale hospitalized after threatening self harm with a gun. He knows he’s going to prison!

A winning candidate doesn’t ride these kinds of stories all the way to re-election! He’s a loser, and if there’s one thing he and his cult can’t stomach is a loser..

The NYT says this is an ongoing story that will continue to unfold as they dig deeper into his tax docs. Who know what’s to come... so bring it!

Lastly, it gives the msm a salacious story instead of Joe is tied in the polls with....

Brad Parscale, Trump's former campaign manager, is currently under a Baker Act hold. His wife called the local gendarmerie in on him because he was armed and threatening to commit suicide.

No one, regardless of how depressed they are, threatens to blow their own brains out because their boss didn't pay a measly few thousand bucks in Social Security taxes. Whatever Parscale was threatening to remove from his head with ammunition is bad enough to put the entire Trump family away for life. I've heard conjecture that he was using campaign funds to pay personal debts, and I don't even think that's enough...throw one Trump supporter on the jury and he'll get off because "Mr. Trump should be able to use campaign funds for anything he wants." (Which is not true - there are very specific rules - but the Deplorables don't care.) No sir, whatever Parscale knows is bad enough to cause Trump's base to turn their backs on him.

in that he always comes back alive just when you think he's politically dead.

I thought he was finished when the Access Hollywood tapes came out - no way he could come back from it and yet he did. Then Mueller and Ukraine should've done it but it didn't.

Joe is in a good position but realize that most people don't care much about Trump's taxes, but about his horrible record as it relates to their everyday lives, ie his mismanagement of covid which has resulted in 200k dead Americans, his tax cuts for the rich, his assault on healthcare and preexisting conditons and social security/medicare, his disregard for democratic norms, his war on voting, his racial diviseness and chaos, etc. The tax story helps to strengthen Joe's message but by itself can't knock Trump out.
