To that former Utah Rep on CNNQuit crying over changing the Supreme Court. The number has been changed in the past and there is no Constitutional number. “Basically, the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to determine how many justices sit on SCOTUS. This number has ranged between 5 and 10, but since 1869 the number has been set at 9. And the number of justices on the Supreme Court has been politically manipulated over the years.” Cydney Grannan

2. I don't know how anyone expects Joe to decide such a complex issue in a week.
The Party needs to weigh in as well as his advisors. Who haven’t been picked yet.
