It's not over when Biden wins

Matter of fact, we have to do things differently this time....both times in the modern era when Democrats won the White House the republicans were able to regroup and change the narrative (with the help of the MSM).That is why they have controlled the House for 19 of the last 25 years and the Senate for 16 of the last 25 years (and have gotten 5 SCOTUS picks)....and not to mention all the state legislatures they have controlled.

3. The "Tea Party" will reincarnate, sure.

They will do what they always do—rebrand after their greed and incompetence leads them to electoral defeat. We need to eliminate the filibuster, expand the SCOTUS, adopt the Wyoming rule, and legislate without fear. I hope that Joe and Kamala can lead the way on these things. Liberal windows of opportunity are rare in American politics.

We need an LBJ—a major arm-twister who can make it all happen.

4. Well, I can guarantee ALL of DTs appointments will be GONE from every agency & of course

all cabinet position as well! Usually, at least some are interviewed & maybe extended an offer to stay on. NOT THIS TIME!The replacement leaders will be installed as "Acting" until they can be approved by the new Democratic majority held Senate! All those positions can be done within President Biden's first week!

6. Ironically

The acting designation that Trump seemed to prefer using for office holders will now come back to haunt him. There is growing judicial precedent that any regulatory actions taken by an illegally acting (i.e., not approved by Congress) department head has no legal standing. I suspect that Biden has already started tasking lawyers to look very closely at the changes that were made by Trump, to see if there is someway to nullify most of them without having to do it piecemeal.

5. we will need a 2/3rd majority in the Senate

if that means statehood for Puerto Rico and DC, then we need to do that.

Because....we can undo everything Trump and repukes have done via executive order or even through passed legislation.

But we can't undo the court appointments UNLESS we impeach every one of the people they have put in the courts. We need to ignore any rationale for the impeachment and simply impeach and convict based on the fact that Trump stole the election in 2016.

Fortunately, the pandemic has shown us a path to doing this.

I, and some 14,000 of my fellow employees, have been WFH since Feb... we could be anywhere in the world... and a great number of us live in very very Blue states....

So the plan is to move to swing states... upper midwest, Iowa, Arizona, Florida, NC, possibly Texas... that could mean a pickup of 16 Senators with under a half million people moving. We could also pick up Senate seats in very low population states like Wyoming and Alaska.

Over the next 4 to 6 years we could dominate the right by erasing the popular vote in enough states to undo the injustice foisted on us by founding fathers that never imagined the disparity between states like California and Wyoming.

Radical... yeah... but we need to do it and is less visible than expanding the number of seats on SCOTUS... plus it is the lower courts that we need to clean house.

7. There is a better idea floating around (IMHO)----

Impeaching judges en masse would spark a public backlash that would kill us. So leave those judges alone and take a different tack.

Create a National Court of Appeals beneath the Supreme Court. (Pack it with 25 good young progressive judges.) ALL appeals from lower courts come here.

STRIP the Supreme Court of all appellate jurisdiction, leaving it only its constitutional original jurisdiction. (Congress has authority to set SCOTUS' appellate jurisdiction.)

So now SCOTUS has very little to do and Clarence PubicHair has all the nap-time he wants; and BeerBoy can be hung over every day. We get the decisions we want, to boot, without the nasty Supreme Court fights.
Problems solved.
