His make up has gotten hideous recently.

Probably won't allow make up at Walter Reed because they are checking for pallor around his eyes and mouth.

I don't see pallor like I saw with Boris Johnson. His color actually looks good. Doesn't look like he "needs" O2 24/7. Maybe he sleeps with it, but he does not appear to be in distress.

just because it isn't is usual warm orange shade. The hair was obviously plastered in place, so his stylist and he probably picked a shade more in keeping with his current complexion
