Let me set a profile. Some rich SOB, somehow managed to pry half a billion dollars or so out of the economy by virtue of 'investment acumen" and then by practicing "legal" tax avoidance to the level of the black arts have established a financial empire that provides then with a million or more per month? So how many of these clowns do you think are out there?

And then of course the big question, how on earth did we end up with a tax structure that would make this possible for anyone to do without going to prison?
