My choice is The Stage ad.
It's playing a lot in Ohio, I think.

There have been several really good, effective ads. But every time I see The Stage ad, I get a lump in my throat. The humiliation of firing the men on the very stage they had just been required to build. The cruelty of it. It gets to me.

I don't see any ads on tv. I'm in Republican Texas. Except when I see them on talk shows on MSNBC & CNN. Or on the internets.

The new "don't knock the workers" ad packs a punch and so did the "borrow from your parents". The ads focused on women issues were really weak though and were played way too much.
The new DNC web ad would play excellent here (get rid of the $10,000 segment though - it's not understandable).

(72,790 posts)If they come on the TV, I switch the channel. I can't stand the ads, phone calls, fliers. It's just too much overkill.
