All four former Presidents including one a Republican all saying the current resident is unqualified for the job.

Trouble is Bush probably thinks Pence is qualified.

to stop it but there is no standing in any court to stop exercise of free speech. Trump WILL NOT participate when a "kill switch" is on the mic feed. Best case possible is Biden unfettered access to america in prime time for next 2 debates with out trump

This gives the Biden campaign solid reason to just say "fine, no debate". Why would anyone in their right mind get in the same room with a person who has Covid and won't tell you when he last tested negative or what his current health status might be.

If there's an actual debate then Biden will want to spend time on actual debate prep. That's time that could be better spent other ways. Give Trump until the end of today to agree to terms or take a hike.

Biden should show up no matter what happens. Debate prep with Trump is more emotional than intellectual. Biden is not debating someone sharp like Mitt Romney. He is debating a screaming moron. Trump telegraphs his attacks a mile away, and it won't be much of a debate if Trump is there since he will just be screaming nonsense. Biden just has to keep his cool and antagonize Trump a little and he will be fine if Trump shows.

It is even better if Trump does not show. Biden should commit to show up, and if Trump bails, Biden will get free air time from all the networks. Let the moderator ask him 90 minutes of questions. It will be AWESOME television for Biden.
