That is the frightening part.

Anyone can present a case to the SC written to favor the Federalist mantra & the SC will be waiting to rule on it.

to get Satanists, Muslims, Atheists, and any other group which may disagree with Xians to start denying services to Xians. See a cross, deny your services.

I agree, but the SC might get enough votes to say we are wrong, that the Establishment Clause prevents the Gov't from interfering with any form of religious expression. Even when denying rights of LGBT, other religions, interracial coupling (look out Thomas)...

Trump should tell MoscowMitch to put the confirmation on hold. He should tell the evangelicals, "If I win, you get ABC. IF I LOSE you will get a pro-separation of church and state nominee, one that would approve taxing churches and deny any capability of the religious to discriminate.

(laws and courts alike) for 200 years. And -- the current trend is decidedly towards MORE religious influence in those same areas, rather than less.
