At the same time, the Oshkosh Police Department issued a press release saying they were looking for a missing 21-year-old Ripon man who was last heard from about 2 a.m. Sunday while visiting friends in Oshkosh. The man was identified as Michael T. Philbin, and is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches in height and weighing 155 pounds.

Philbin was reported missing on Sunday at 8:15 p.m.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette reported that the missing man is the son of Joe Philbin, the offensive coordinator of the Green Bay Packers.

The Oshkosh Northwestern reported that an employee of Axletech made an emergency call about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, saying he thought he heard someone calling for help from the river. The paper also reported that Philbin came to Oshkosh Saturday night to visit friends and had been in the UW-Oshkosh area.

The Miami Dolphins are interviewing Philbin Sr. for the Head Coaching spot... and he's one of the best Offensive Coaches in the business.

He has a big playoff game against the Giants this coming week.

Hope they find the young man.
