Are we fighting a word of mouth meme? YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO VOTE EARLY

Is this a voter suppression meme?? if it is widespread??

I first saw it on FB as a question from a friend to everyone.
She said she 'was told' you need to make an appointment to vote early.

Of course everyone in her friends list was saying no, just show up, go vote.
But it got me wondering......?

Lets face it, a lot of voters are just now paying attention in this final month.
Maybe we need to start a campaign on social media and by word of mouth to people that we know that
NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED TO VOTE EARLY !!
