Regardless of the course of C-19 (and it does not currently look good at all), the ramifications on

people's physical and mental health will be part of us for a long time. Everyone is affected differently, but certain trends are apparent, and not discussed at length. I refer to those of us forgoing medical and dental care, physical exercise, reduced or zero socialization, depression, shock (yes, I believe many are in a state of shock), PTSD, etc. The toll on all of us is not currently measurable and it will be up to medical and mental health experts to better qualify and perhaps at some point, quantify these impacts. Thanks to this administration, we will have to dig ourselves out of it, dragging behind all of Cult 45, and that is IF Biden prevails and he actually leaves. The safety nets are being dismantled and health care costs are killing household budgets. I do not think he will stop the gaslighting and undermining until he is dead, nor will his family and followers. I am looking at the challenges ahead and recognizing, that it will be very difficult. It didn't have to be this way, with a politicized pandemic, tearing families apart and half of America choosing to ignore reality perpetuating the virus.
