They're voting against the Democrat. The Black, Muslim, Socialist, Apologist, Kenyan etc Democrat.

Either way. What the hell is wrong with them?

I think there are some that will vote Republican simply because they have always voted that way and can't open their ears to anything from a Democrat.

But I think the majority of voters who will cast a vote for "Dog on my roof Willard" are those that hate Obama. They hate him because he is black or because they really believe is is a Muslim or they think he is going to force them be gay or because they think he will take away their guns or because they think he will make them get an abortion.

I think there will be few who go into the voting booth and cast a vote for Robme that aren't either holding their noses or are voting against Obama. I think there will be few who vote because they believe in RMoney and his mate Gilligan Ryan.

Read YouTube comments. The #1 issue with the Republican Base in this election is the IDEA of working for a living.

They really believe Obama wants everybody to be on Welfare.

They cannot look at at a black man and not think "welfare" and the entire Right Wing Noise Machine out there is telling them their entire "Protestant Work Ethic" is under assault. Just try and argue with a Right Winger right now and they will claim you are a lazy bum and that they're sick and tired of paying taxes to support you and you need to get your lazy ass up off the couch and get a job.

Tell them you have a job and they'll act like you are lying because NOBODY who supports Democrats is working. They're ALL on welfare. Because if they were working, they'd vote Republican.

Seriously

to keep pounding the pavement! This is one old lady who will continue to register voters, work phone banks, stuff envelopes, enter data, answer phones -- for Obama, a state legislative race, a congressional race. Giving this president a congress that will actually do the work is absolutely imperative. And voting the tea party out of state offices will significantly improve life for all of us. Lots and lots of work yet to do, we dare not let up. We can party on the night of November 6. Then I'm looking forward to a very long nap beginning on November 7th.

http://electoral-vote.com/ there are buttons on the lefthand side; click the one that says "Rasmussen-free maps". It shows Arizona as barely red. Smiling!

I'm not subjecting to a great degree of analysis, but doesn't it look like a wedge has been driven down the middle?

There are no more pinkish-white states. They've either gone blue or gone pink or red. You'd expect to see a general slide towards the Democratic side, wouldn't you? But you don't.

Tennessee, Montana, Indiana, West Virginia ... they all went *more* red.
Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, Nevada ... they went blue.

And yeah, I still can't believe there are states that are at 62% Romney. But then, I also can't believe that people in the U.S. get calls from their kids' guidance counselors warning them that their children are playing with children of other races, so there's that.
