I can understand not wanting to alter strategy based on a plan requiring winning Texas, or "not being let down." Still, it seems to me that people would be SHOCKED if Biden won Texas, which seems interesting to me given that a number of polls have shown him leading.

Like it is a "tectonic" event that will fundamentally transform the country. It's interesting that the difference of 1% could be difference between that story and a very different one.

If Biden wins, it will be 1% or less. GOP have started coming out of wood works to vote.

I think it was suburbs outside Houston. Also El Paso has to improve as per Beto.

so Trump will have to win big on election day to offset early votes.
