Mitt Romney stands for nothing. His agenda will be the agenda of whoever is in front of him in the White House and that will be controlled by whoever his Chief of Staff would be. He will be driven by the money and as far as the Congress goes he will be as distant from it as he is from anyone else who does not have a billion dollars in their accounts. The most influence any member of Congress or any Caucus that approaches him will have is in simply getting one of their big money supporters in the White House door. But as for Romney mimicking Congress, I really don't see it. I expect he, were he to be elected (which is not going to happen), would have as bad a relationship with Congress as any President that ever took office, other than President Obama.
