Here's the strategy:
At 7 o’clock when Kentucky and Indiana come in presumptively for Trump, Biden should declare victory based upon the margin of loss in those two states. He should just be silent for maybe five seconds, and say “Just kidding!!”with a big smile on his face and depart the lectern.
That would knock the asshole right off his feet. Or his lifts.
