Final NBC News/Marist polls: Biden leads 51-46 in PA, tied 48-48 in Arizona.

Closer than I expected, especially that Arizona number.

I thought Joe was +5 or so. Mark Kelly is expected to decimate McSally. I don't understand why Joe isn't leading by approximately what Mark Kelly is leading over McShitty.
