Prosecution of Trump

By virtue of losing this election if Trump refuses to ask his supporters not to resort to violence and there is indeed violence and destruction and maybe even loss of life can he be prosecuted for that when he leaves office

Any lawyers on here

in order to be criminally liable. vague calls for "second amendment solutions" i don't think are enough.

if he were to name a specific target and a specific violent act and that then actually occurred, that i would think would be a legal problem for him.

Trump has a criminal habit of issuing deliberately vaguely worded orders to far right gangs, both racist and paramilitary. Those goons take his incendiary words as orders to carry out terrorist acts.

IANAL, but can Trump and his goons be RICO'd?

Is the report of the Qanon member who went to Long Island N.Y. to the home of a mobster. He knocked on the front door and when the guy answered he asked him to step outside so they could talk. He then proceeded to shoot the mobster in the street. He cited as his reason - "that Donald Trump wanted him to because the mobster was part of the deep state."
