DU voting experience check in here if you voted today
like me. I live in Cary, NC and voted today. For those you who don't know Cary is a suburb of Raleigh and is located in the biggest county in NC. I showed up at 6:30 am to vote. The line was very small and it only took me 6 minutes to get in and vote.

17. Everyone probably voted already...
I voted since September 21. Over 2M people already voted in Virginia so Biden should be announced the winner at the 7pm closing

2. I'm in Johnston County NC
I already voted early, but I drive by our polling place on the way to work in Raleigh.
Johnston County is rump territory. It was crowded. I had to stop on the highway for all the people turning left to get into the church parking lot to vote. Sheriff dept. was directing traffic. |

Hubster and I will be leaving in a few minutes to vote.
It's cold and stiff winds in store. BFD. People have put everything on the line to do this. We can stand in line for a few minutes ... for them. Update on the comeback. |

21. Just returned. Damn, that felt good.
Polling place - Elementary school gym. Very well organized, even with the line out the door and around the corner, in and out in half hour.
FWIW, posted notice that NH will start counting absentee ballots today /on edit/ Did have a cop there. He had the bottomless cup of Dunkin' and looked bored. |

11. Voted in NYC around the corner from my apartment.
On line at 6:30am. Completed at 7:25. Line was about 100 deep. Was slightly shorter when I got out.
Side note: I asked for an absentee ballot to avoid the lines, but it was marked military which is incorrect. I asked for this to be corrected and got no response, so I had to go in person. Early voting had long lines a mile from my apartment, so this was easier. |

12. My County had record early voting so I decided to pass on
it due to the lines being too long. It was more convenient for me to vote in person.

13. My ballot was recieved on 10/24 in Oregon but at 5am there are already 18,000 more ballots
that have been counted then the total in 2016. I don't remember the exact number mentioned but I think it was 70,000+ . Ballots can still be dropped of up to 8pm this evening. It's 5:18am here.

19. Midtown Kansas City MO - in and out in 10 minutes, steady flow of voters
A LOT of people here have been using absentee voting, and this is a solidly Democratic precinct, which likely accounts for the lack of lines (about 7:30 AM).
