The country has a chance at redemption this year, but flat disgraced itself four years ago.

The most qualified candidate ever to be crushed by deplorables and their allies in the house.

There would be so many still alive, families would never have been separated, protections would still be in place in vulnerable ecosystems, there would be no giant wall leaching billions of dollars, we would have kept our promises and obligations in the world, the ACA would not be under threat, and on and on.

"Equal Justice Under Law"

Being denied that, for me, hurts most.

The fact that not only in the Supreme Court, but so many other judges who do not believe in equal justice have been seated all over the judicial landscape is an abomination. President Hillary Clinton surely would have made a difference. For sure in the Supreme Court. We likely would have a SC Justice Merrick Garland now for starters.
We would never have had a DeJoy and all his damage either. Certainly we would have a competent and qualified administration as well. The heads of every department and government branch would deserve to be there.
Sigh--we will pick up the pieces. Hopefully we get the Senate majority we need.

The real 45 would not have thrown out "the playbook" or the pandemic response team. She would have worked to unite, not divide. She had (still has) a plan for a response to the climate catastrophe. ACA would be better by now. The SCOTUS would not have transformed into SCROTUS.

Trump is just the festering tip of the Grotesque Orange Pustule that sickens this country.
