Will women be forced to interact with their rapists if their choice is taken away?

Hypothetically, Roe v Wade is overturned and related rulings, laws, and protections are done away with and access to birth control, emergency contraceptives, and abortion are restricted; then would THIS really be a one-time thing?

A convicted Massachusetts rapist has applied for visitation rights to his biological child, whom he fathered during the rape a 14-year-old girl, according to a televised news report broadcast in Boston on Friday.

However the victim, who decided against aborting the child and along with her family is raising the toddler, is terrified at the thought of having to deal with her “tormentor,” reports MyFoxBoston.com.

The teen mother who was reportedly raped by the 20-year-old “family friend” three years ago still suffers from severe anxiety and depression, according to the Fox report. "She got raped at 14. She decided to keep her baby.

And now she has to hand her baby over for a visit with her rapist?" the victim’s mother told MyFoxBoston.

Anti-choicers are always saying that women don't want to be burdened with a child or that they don't want to be responsible for having sex. Here, though, this is called terror.

It's not really easy to prove rape. It turns into a "he said she said" thing, and even when charges are placed, it can be difficult to get a conviction. A lot of rapes are by people known to the victim, and she's often labeled a disgruntled ex-girlfriend, and if she is afraid to press charges or she does press charges but there is no conviction, he would get visitation just like any ex.

Meaning that he is legally recognized by the state as the father and with all the strings that comes attached with; including the right to petition for child visitation.

They're attempting to get that sentence changed to simply restitution which would eliminate his parental rights.

It's simply a loophole no one thought of at the time of the sentencing but that is easily avoided in the future.

And I think it's basically impossible at this point to overturn Roe v Wade.

Some people talk about it but it won't happen.

But even if it were it'd be easy enough to deny parental visitation rights: simply don't petition for child support.
