Usually the Associated Press is more conservative in its projections yet they seem to be the only outlet making a call:

The NYT map shows that there are far more remaining votes to be counted in the more heavily populated counties voting Democratic than in the less populated red counties:

There is simply no way drumpf is going to make up the 100,000 plus vote difference. In fact, Biden's winning margin should grow.

(16,616 posts)Biden is up by 5%, and Mark Kelly's race was called last night.
82% of the votes have been counted.
Where are the uncounted votes? If they are in Maricopa and Pima counties, we will take this state.
In 2016, it took days (five? six?) to call the Kyrsten Sinema/McSally race, even though Sinema was ahead the entire time. Most of the outstanding tabulation was in Maricopa county, IIRC. Sinema's lead just kept widening.

(5,624 posts)Was after AZ was projected for Joe that drumpf went off the rails and demanded they stop the counting. The CNN guy said we havent called it for Biden and this woman said well the AP had.
So maybe the news outlets were fearful of calling it for Joe because of drumpfs behavior?
