I think Biden is up around 1.5 million. I'm not sure if CA. numbers have weighed in yet.

if Biden can win the popular vote by a big enough margin it will be more difficult for the SCOTUS to overturn the election.

She only won it after more votes were counted in CA.
Biden will probably win by 4-5 points.

Which would make an EC loss even more of a travesty, but I think the good guys will squeak out a win there too.
