But I think his style is too deliberative. I think a younger person like Buttigieg who's really quick on his toes would be better.

...but I assume he still has hopes for public office, which would require a cabinet position as a jumping-off point. Press secretary would be a bit of a come-down for him.

...but I'm sure the incoming (PLEASE!!!) administration wouldn't want to give the right ammunition about "naming a sexual predator" (NOTE: I don't think Al even remotely qualifies as one, but that's the way it will be used) when there are lots of other potential choices without anything in their past that could be used against them.

Can't help but think that he's feeling exactly like Al Gore was in 2000. IMO, he will not hold public office again.

For a few years that meetings were very loud and opinionated to the point of arguing, and had hard time agreeing with each other.

I think sometimes people on the left with all the various groups and beliefs make it challenging.

How about the many women who have worked on the Biden campaign as spokespersons, communications persons, etc.

Symone Sanders, perhaps? People who have actually put in the time and have the experience to do the job?

And he's too laconic/taciturn. His humor is too ironic.

Remember, a GOP Senate needs to approve Cabinet appointees. Franken would create a shitshow. He's not in.
