UPDATE: 61k votes are outstanding in Georgia. 17,157 from Chatham; 11,200 from Fulton; 7,338 from Gwinnett; 4,713 from Forsyth; 3,641 from Harris; 1,797 from Laurens; 1,552 from Putnam; 1,202 from Sumter; 700 from Cobb. FEAST

So that would be a tie without another state.

You might know but in case of tie each state delegation in the house gets one vote, which would be a nightmare obviously.

I used this page where you can look up break down of 2018 governor's race by party.

Most of the counties went for Abrams, and those are the ones with the largest outstanding ballots but there are some red counties in there too. Of course it might be the democrats using mail-in there. All in all it looks possible but very close. Biden would need to win around 67% of the outstanding ballots.

70% should be enough to hold off the red ones assuming that more dems vote by mail than repubs.
