I would not expect Mitch to be so accommodating. That said, I doubt he'll put up much fuss over most of Biden's nominations because it's just not worth the trouble it would cause. And frankly, most of the appointees will not be able to do a whole lot that Biden couldn't do on his own were the positions not filled.

I expect some contention over AG, SoS, and possibly OMB.

That would be tough to stop a former Senator. That could easily blow up in McConnell's face. I also suspect, after a few days with Tuberville, the GOP Senators will be wishing Jones was back as a Senator.

Maybe Clinton as UN Ambassador or Ambassador to one of our key allies (God knows we need to repair some relationships).
