The same goes for Provisional Ballots that have to be cured. All has to be validated by close of business tomorrow.

...voters who had to fill out Provisional Ballots due to ID problems, or Voter Roll screw ups. I would grin like a Cheshire Cat if Joe wins Georgia by about 12 votes.
