PA sec state- mail ins after 8pm Tuesday NOT being counted yet?

in her press conference I heard say something to that effect. one suspects those are not counted due to court actions recently. if so there is another pool of votes waiting to add to totals. Did I hear her wrong?

IIRC I believe the SC allowed those votes to count, but it was a 4-4 count? And thus could be revisited now that there are 9 justices?

that deadline. It is because the U.S. Supreme Court will revisit that after the election due to 4-4 split.

...because, if it comes down to those ballots making the difference in the presidential race overall, is there any doubt that the Trump SCOTUS will rule they must be thrown out?
