Justice Barrett should come out and publicly recuse herself from 2020 election decisions...

Since being called out by name by the Trump Campaign legal defense team. This creates a crystal clear conflict of interest that will further denigrate her seat on the SC than it already is.

Biden’s team should call her out on this.

Unless Trump comes up with a suit that has a legal basis, they'll never get to the SC. John Roberts has also been clear on the point that courts don't set election rules or law. Trump's claims that the SC was going to save him were just bluster and lies.

She was deliberately rammed through with unseemly haste for extra "insurance" if the election ended up at the Supreme Court.
