I think once he goes ahead it will stay that way. Preventing trump from getting to 270.

tRump would win the tie-breaker - House would vote by state delegation and GOPers control more state delegations than Democrats. Pence of course would win the tie-breaker in the Senate.
(I'm getting stir-crazy looking at my computer monitor and looked that up).

and international votes. No guarantee that military will vote for Trump but would be nice to have a pad just in case.
