to count as of RIGHT now? I can't seem to find any good information (no TV access right now either). The NYT updates I'm watching don't seem to say clearly. Thanks in advance!

5. Steve Kornacki said there were about 170K votes left, mostly from Philly, Allentown,

Pittsburgh, Harrisburg & suburbs. There are also mail-in ballots from red counties but most republicans voted on the 3rd so even ballots coming in from those places are 3:1 Biden. Biden is leading by 91% in Philly and anywhere from 65%-80% elsewhere. Kornacki says unless something really extraordinary happens (i.e. impossible) Biden should pull ahead in the next few hours and "never look back."

Edited to add:

Military ballots would only be about 8,900 max so if Biden is ahead by more than that, they won't have to wait for them to come in.
