10. Philly still probably has at least 50,000 mail-ins to count

and they are still working 24/7 to get through them.

So if the OP tallies are correct, then hot damn! The last 3 Philly updates on the city's election site has held with Biden getting 80% to 45's 19% of the mail-ins, so assuming 50K, that would mean about 40K more for Biden and it would definitely flip the switch. 13. It wasn't the OP...

I posted that comment, and it was with the understanding that Philly was processing 13K ballots per hour, which is what they said they’d been doing earlier. If they had still been doing that many, gaining only 3-4K each hour would be indicate that Biden’s percentage had gone down a lot, whereas it seems about the same or better with the actual smaller count.

which may even be larger in Philly than in Lehigh or Delco.

7. This was roughly 5000 votes in Philly that went 4300-700

Biden took about 85% of the batch.
