(35,143 posts)My brother was diagnosed with it 10+ years ago. He's hard to understand (especially over the phone), but he's doing pretty well.

So you certainly don't want to have a head of the country suffering with it.

(44,962 posts)But eventually many of the sufferers develop psychiatric issues. So it certainly be a good idea to step down before this happens, if Putin actually has Parkinson's.
