This is cold, but worst case no stimulus till February, right now I don't see it any sooner than January.

abroad, but I do look at foreign websites and listen to foreign broadcasts. They've been nervous all along, but the Trump speech at 2 am on election night got them really alarmed. They are also concerned about the number of votes Trump got and how his followers will react to a Biden win.
