6. I think GA and PA aren't the same situation.

In GA, no matter who wins, it's going to be within a few thousand at most. Then any problematic votes could be meaningful. In PA, situation is different if Biden get a 50-100k vote lead.

Many have been received and counted is what they were saying earlier. But today is the final day they can be accepted.

Many came back already. ~ 9000 have not come back. Today is the last day for them to come back and be counted.
I find it highly unlikely that many will come back today.

12. I'm confused

Yesterday a GA official stated that there were potentially still 8000 or so military ballots to come back. Today or tomorrow is the deadline for these. They could get 1 back, they could get all 8000 back but it seems unlikely.
