1. overseas/mil ballots postmarked by election day, arriving today will still be counted

8500 military ballots that went out and haven't come in. If they could me in by today and are postmarked by election day they count.

9. thats what I heard also along with they don't know how many they will get back....

They have no count on who will or won't return ballots. But if they have already been received they have already been counted.

They are just leaving the window open in case they get a few mail bags.

It will be a mix of military and expat's or foreign workers. Could tilt trump, but probably not by a lot. And none could show up at all.

Any that were received have already been counted. But only foreign ballots can come in today and count if they are postmarked by the 3rd.
