The 117th Congress begins on Jan 3. Assuming Tillis and Sullivan keep their seats, the Republicans will have a 50-48 majority when the 117th Senate is organized.
The run off is Jan 5, and the winners won't be seated until the vote is counted and certified. Even we win both seats, that would make the Senate a 50-50 tie, and the Republican majority would continue until Kamala Harris takes over as Senate President after 1/20/21.
