Called the Vampair series that's a story about a feud between two vampires - one female and one male. There's no dialogue - the chapters are just set to songs that tell the story combined with the animation, and this song is one of them. The bit about not okay to be gay doesn't fit the iverall theme, but the Fuck You message does - the female vamp brings the male back from the dead, where he was having a pretty good time in Hell just to throw him out of his house. A definite fuck you. I'm obviously a fan. Can't recommend it enough.
