I wonder if William Barr has had a change of heart about his coveted Unitary Executive theory
Something tells me the idea of a consolidation of power under a Democratic president isn't quite as much of an urgency to him.

8. Republicans don't have "changes of heart" unless it involves a transplant...
What they have in abundance is excuses for why their justifications for the things they did suddenly don't apply when Democrats do the same things (or even things far milder).
