Is the majority still 270 if states aren’t included?
Like rejected for having 2 slates?

Next in which states could this even be possible?
Would it have to pass both houses and be signed off by governor? Like a law?

Lastly are there any democratic states that could retaliate?

This has been addressed multiple times. The state laws that cover selection of electors CAN NOT
be changed post-election. This is just stirring up unnecessary hysteria.

3. I admit. It took me a while to come off the ledge on this.

It will take continual education to those who are hearing it for the first time or who haven't found definitive sources to debunk it.

I'm putting my faith in those who say not worry about it. We're just BURNED by trail of instances where folks said "It can't happen here" - and it did.
