John Roberts has been quite clear that courts don't determine election law. That was a pointed statement aimed directly at Trump and his minions.

Like Putin, his goal is to weaken, to enhance internal conflict, to create an opening to exploit.

He knows Trump's toast, but why should he help Dems finish him off?

which has one of the lowest winning percentages. PA and GA are ongoing since they have been called the latest and also have tight margins. Same with AZ and NV.

I guess I don't have any links, but they have challenges going on in all these states.
