Who Approved or Decided on Joe Biden's Increased Security Before he was announced Pres Elect ?

Remember how Biden started getting increased before networks finally called it although for those paying attention they knew the numbers were on his side .

Anyone knows who makes these decisions ? It's not Trump since he would never approve it.

I ask this because I think it's something we can look to as an indication that Trump will not stop the transfer of power. He will do all he can with powers he has right now but there is nothing he has that will stop what will happen in January.

Remember the plot to kidnap the Governor of Michigan and how that was stopped ? We can't stop everything Trump does and most of those things he is able to do because the ones who can stop him are Republicans in Congress and they refuse to do anything because they are cowards.

But there are others who will do the right thing. There will not be a coup and the military will never side with him.

Joe has been a presidential candidate before. He was a VP for 8 years. He knows Washington very well. He has a very experienced and savvy staff. If anyone is in a position to know that the "i's" aren't being crossed, it is him and his staff.
