Judge Emmet Sullivan's ballot case - Are there any updates?

Does anyone have current information on the status of the missing ballots case that is before Judge Sullivan?

Is there any chance that found ballots could make a difference in any state?

This story seems to fallen off the internet (or my online research skills have!)

What I read is that ballots involved were for several states that do not allow late receipt SheltieLover Nov 2020 #1
Right, but were there cases in which ballots were late due to slow USPS processing and wiggs Nov 2020 #2

lack of sweeps ordered by the judge? If CAUSED to be late intentionally in defiance of court order, could they be forced to count them? If there's evidence of defiance, could people be charged?

Seems to me this isn't resolved, at least publicly.

Last I read, some 150k ballots were delivered or ordered to be delivered. Not sure where, or if counted.

Also 27% of ballots in Miami area not delivered. Not sure if these are part of the 300k Judge Sullivan is addressing.

It's my guess if they were delivered late in those states that do not allow late ballog receipt, they will not be counted.

I'm not a lawyer precisely because of this type of bs.
