Just on Bloomberg, it appears some justices are reluctant to void the whole ACA. Specifically they

mentioned Roberts and Kavanaugh with that view based on their questions

While one cannot extrapolate an outcome necessarily from questions, it does indicate that this outcome may not be as certain as trump and some republicans would like to think

They could ask pointed questions to the Repug lawyers, and then include the answers in their ruling opinions!

Gorsuch and Kavanaugh will actually disappoint the Right Wingers, they're both very Conservative, and in the case of Kavanaugh he's a scumbag, but they are both qualified judges who respect precedent.

I don't think they overturn Roe v Wade either.

Kavanaugh is fairly typical republican who likes the idea of federal government power - much like Roberts.

Gorsuch has a little bit of a libertarian streak that leads him to 'defecting' on occasion.

I wouldn't have predicted those quirks during their confirmation.

Barrett will be a bit of a mystery for a few terms, though my expectations are at the bottom of the Mariana Trench
